Terms and Conditions:
1. Reservations may be made by telephone or live online bookings.
1.2 Reservations require a hundred percent (100%) deposit of the total value at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice from us stating payment type and amount tendered. Failure to comply may result in the reservation being cancelled and the deposit withheld by 63 The Residence.
1.3 Short notice reservations, i.e. less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be subject to full payment with no refunds offered for cancellation.
1.4 Payments are accepted via direct deposit or credit card.
1.5 The full value of the reservation must be paid prior to receiving the keys to 63 The Residence.
2.1 Cancellations made greater than Seven (7 ) days prior to check-in date will be refunded.
2.2 Cancellations made less than Seven (7) days or less to the check-in date will be subject to full payment of the value of the reservation.
3.1 Weekends are subject to a minimum two (2) night hire period, either Friday and Saturday nights or Saturday and Sunday nights. Long weekends may be subject to either a three (3) or four (4) night minimum hire period.
3.2 Overnight bookings are available mid week. Longer term reservations are available up to a period of 59 days only, subject to availability and negotiation.
3.3 Overnight bookings on weekends may be available on request or at short notice, BUT these will always be subject to current bookings and availability and after checking directly with 63 The Residence via email or telephone.
4.1 Check in time is from 3.00pm. Early Check in may be available if there has not been a booking prior to your reservation and by special arrangement.Check-out is required by 11.00 am or by special arrangement.
4.2 Keys will be made available on site at 63 The Residence on arrival. A code will be given for the Security Key Box upon full payment and prior to arrival. As keys are master keys, there will be a charge of $500 keys are lost or not returned to Security Key Box at end of stay. This is the fee the Master Locksmith charges for recoding and replacement of keys.
4.3 63 The Residence takes no responsibility for failure of utilities or appliances. 63 The Residence will endeavour to have any faults rectified as soon as possible upon being notified of such faults. No refunds will apply due to utilities or appliances not being available during rental periods.
4.4 63 The Residence takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of guests belongings. It is the Guest's responsibility during the rental period to secure and lock doors and windows when in / or not in attendance.
4.5 Accommodation servicing and cleaning will be completed before and after the hire period or by special arrangement for extended hire periods. Cleaning products and equipment are made available to Guests at all times to ensure the upkeep of the property during Rental Period.
4.6 Additional cleaning costs incurred due to parties, gatherings or other circumstances may be charged to the Guests. This additional charge will be at the sole discretion of 63 The Residence.
4.7 As 63 The Residence is located in a residential area, excessive noise or other behaviour complaints will not be tolerated. If complaints are received then all guests will be evicted with no refund. 63 The Residence will not tolerate Parties, Schoolies, or large volumes of people. If these conditions are breached or the property and / or contents are damaged in any way then all costs associated with the rectifcation including cleaning costs will be charged directly to the guest/s.
4.8 For health and safety reasons, NO SMOKING WILL BE TOLERATED OR PERMITTED IN THE RESIDENCE AT ANY TIME. When smoking outside, cigarette butts must be deposited in the ashtray provided.
4.9 Pets of any kind are NOT allowed either inside or outside the property at any time.
5.0 ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES TO BE LIT IN ANY OF THE FIREPLACES AT ANY TIME. THEY ARE FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.
CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED BY THE OWNERS OF THE PREMISES FOR THE WELLBEING OF ANY CHILDREN GIVEN ACCESS BY GUESTS AT ANY TIME.
Damaged or Lost Property:
5.1 63 The Residence must be notified immediately of any loss or damage to the property, inside or outside. Guests will be charged reasonable costs for any repair or replacement of any property lost, removed or damaged.
5.2 63 The Residence reserves the right to debit the credit card tendered or seek other payment for any additional charges incurred from lost, missing or damaged property or cleaning.
5.3 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions is assumed by payment of deposit and/or balance of monies.
